Printify, Printful & Snow Commerce Unite Under a New Brand: FYUL

printify, printful and snow commerce unite as FYUL

On November 25, 2025, FYUL, the parent brand of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce, officially launched. This update has sparked a wave of discussions across print-on-demand forums. Many sellers are unsure whether this merger will affect their current business, especially those using Printful or Printify as standalone fulfillment partners. Let's discover more about this merger and its effects now!

A Quick History of FYUL

FYUL is not the sudden creation of a new platform. It is the unified corporate identity formed after a series of acquisitions and mergers over recent years:

  • Snow Commerce was acquired by Printful in 2023 and has been part of the ecosystem ever since.
  • Printful and Printify merged in 2024 to provide greater product selection, broader geographic reach, and improved fulfillment solutions for sellers.

For now, CEO Alex Saltonstall leads FYUL, with its headquarters based in Riga, Latvia.

What Will FYUL Do?

The FYUL brand simply brings the existing relationships of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce under one umbrella. The three brands will continue to provide their customers and partners with their existing services, with the hope that the collective FYUL platform can increase their reach, capabilities, and adaptability. FYUL’s goal is to strengthen the group's capabilities across on-demand production and ecommerce solutions:

  • Snow Commerce will continue offering leading e-commerce services for enterprise-level brands, such as program strategy, website and product creation, and fan engagement.
  • Printful and Printify merger will continue providing e-commerce sellers worldwide with the strengths of both Printful’s in-house production facilities and Printify’s network of more than 140 third-party production partners.

Alex Saltonstall, chief executive officer of the new FYUL brand, says: “FYUL brings together technology, talent, and supply chain infrastructure to make on-demand merchandise work on a global scale – for everyone from first-time sellers to global brands.

How This Merger Affects Print-on-demand Sellers

Annija Simson, the admin of Printful Insiders community, confirmed that: “We're not changing the name for the Community, and nothing changes for our Platform as well. Printful is here to stay. FYUL is the name of the collected company that runs both brands and platforms.”

As an integration partner of both Printful and Printify, we haven't seen any significant changes in the process of fulfillment for our sellers. Their orders continue to go through the same reliable workflow as before.
